As part of the Paris Air Show, I led a complete redesign of the ticketing interfaces, modernizing 11 platforms to enhance the user experience, aligning them with web trends and the event’s brand identity. I also streamlined the badge system, reducing the number of categories from 120 to 49, while maintaining the original flexibility for access control and ensuring seamless coordination with service providers.

At the same time, I structured and professionalized on-site team management by creating two essential guides: a 134-page Hotline Book, ensuring efficient support for assistance teams, and a 107-page Hostess Guide, centralizing instructions to optimize visitor reception.

Beyond these initiatives, I also supervised ticketing receptions, enhanced entry signage to improve visitor flow, and coordinated hosts’ and hostesses’ needs, ensuring proper training and on-site organization.

This project required a multidimensional approach, combining operational management, digital optimization, and human coordination, directly impacting the event’s organization and overall experience. By orchestrating these key initiatives, I contributed to the success of this major international event, officially classified as a Grand Événement by the French Ministry of the Interior.

The ticketing platform I redesigned for the Paris Air Show (SIAE) quickly became the flagship product of the shared service provider between SIAE and JEC. Building on this success, JEC entrusted me with further optimizing the platform and adapting it to their brand identity and specific needs. I therefore took over the management of ticketing platforms for JEC World, an international composites tradeshow, along with several smaller events within the group, across various digital platforms.

Following the first post-redesign edition, we saw a 50% reduction in hotline calls—a number that could have been even lower if not for a communication issue regarding login credentials for the event’s mobile app. With the continuous refinement of the platforms, the next edition allowed us to reduce the hotline team, eliminating one position and delaying the service launch, optimizing resources without compromising the user experience.

In parallel, I designed the UX and UI for the event’s mobile app, creating mockups and coordinating multiple service providers—both for the application itself and the interactive event maps.

At Publicis.Sapient, one of the largest digital agencies in France, I led the development of a mobile application linked to a connected device, acting as the central point of contact between my direct client, the end client, and all involved expertise.

The team was mostly composed of freelancers, except for one internal member, yet we managed to be more cost-effective than some projects handled by fully in-house teams. I coordinated all creative teams (UX, UI, motion design, copywriting) and ensured rigorous deadline and budget management, despite an initially tight schedule.

I also wrote the functional specifications, which were so clear that out of the four days of support initially sold to assist the client, less than half a day was actually used. Despite some delays in more complex UX streams, we met all deadlines with no impact on the overall timeline. Every deliverable was submitted on time, and the project’s profitability was optimized. My manager even told me that, in his view, « everything went as smoothly as a ball on a pool table » proving that seamless management and effective anticipation make all the difference.

At Razorfish, a digital agency within the Publicis group, my mission began as reinforcement support to stabilize a team that had been in constant flux for two years, while awaiting the arrival of a permanent project director. I took over the management of mobile and web projects for the end client, supported by a junior project manager for each segment.

With a newly refreshed team, the mobile division was particularly challenging—there was no framework or processes in place, and the client tended to make last-minute requests, creating a chaotic workflow. Together with the new project manager, we implemented clear processes to limit excessive demands and structure communications, allowing the team to regain a healthy work environment.

Once the mobile division was stabilized, my web project manager left. The management team decided to delay hiring a replacement, so I stepped in to take over the website management, which turned out to be even more disorganized than the mobile segment.

My first priority was to clean up JIRA, where numerous tasks had been abandoned without clear explanations. The second was to revive priority projects, structure new ones, and establish solid processes to create a strong foundation while awaiting the arrival of a new project manager. Once she joined, I ensured a smooth transition before concluding my mission.

A year later, Razorfish called me back to temporarily take over web project management, as the team’s stability remained fragile. Once again, my client was able to gradually recruit a new project manager, while the mobile division was now running like clockwork.

Developers participating in a hackathon in a modern open space, collaborating on coding to innovate and solve technological challenges.

I had the opportunity to collaborate with Thales’ Inner Source Community, an innovative initiative within a major corporation. My role was multidisciplinary, combining event management, digital project coordination, and graphic design to organize and facilitate internal events, including two conventions and three hackathons.

On the event management side, I coordinated vendors, invitations, and participants, prepared event materials (slides, run sheets for the production team), and managed on-site operations—even taking on stage hosting. I also designed and analyzed post-event satisfaction surveys to refine future editions.

On the digital front, I developed and configured HTML/CSS landing pages, email campaigns, and event-related forms. In graphic design, I created visual assets such as roll-ups, posters, badges, T-shirts, web and TV banners, based on elements initially designed by a graphic designer.

Lastly, I was involved in the overall event design, budgeting, and timeline planning for each project. This versatile mission allowed me to combine organization, technical execution, and creativity, while contributing to the visibility and impact of the Inner Source Community within Thales.

Nine-year-old child wearing a futuristic virtual reality headset outdoors, exploring an immersive augmented reality world.

I was commissioned by Havas Event to design immersive event projects for two major insurance companies, including an initiative centered around the Pedestrian License program in primary schools. These projects combined virtual reality, digital solutions, and operational management, with the goal of structuring and pitching these concepts to clients before moving into production.

I worked on the ideation and design of VR experiences, contributing to storyboard development, selecting key figures for associated videos, and defining digital interfaces (websites, mobile apps, and management platforms). On the logistics side, I identified the technical equipment required while finding practical solutions to simplify transport and setup across different locations.

In parallel, I played a key role in structuring the events, meticulously planning budgets and detailed timelines to provide a clear and well-structured proposal, ensuring client approval before launching production.

This mission allowed me to merge technological innovation, digital and event management, with a creative and strategic approach to guarantee the viability and impact of these projects.

« Goodbye WordPress, Hello Semi-Dynamic! »

I made the choice to move away from WordPress in favor of a semi-dynamic website—faster, more secure, and fully under my control, while still offering flexibility where needed. The mockups were designed in Adobe XD, laying the foundation for both the architecture and visual identity of the site. To refine my expertise in prompt engineering, I worked hand-in-hand with ChatGPT to define and sharpen my positioning and craft the site’s content. I first fed it some of my own writings to align with my tone and style, then we progressed page by page, section by section, fine-tuning the content to ensure it was fluid, structured, and aligned with my message.

For visuals, Midjourney—my current preferred tool for creating impactful imagery—was my go-to tool. When inspiration ran low, I brainstormed with ChatGPT to generate visual ideas, which I then turned into prompts for Midjourney.

On the development side, no, ChatGPT didn’t write all the code! I leveraged my HTML/CSS knowledge, while ChatGPT assisted with JavaScript, PHP, and SEO optimizations, ensuring smooth dynamic functionalities where needed and a site structured for performance and search engine visibility. Given the semi-dynamic nature of the site, I incorporated elements that allow for more scalability and maintainability, while keeping efficiency at its core. I also used an armada of code review tools (Sonarqube, PHPStan, W3C, Mozilla Observatory, Google Lighthouse), ensuring a clean, optimized, and high-performance structure.

A fully mastered project, where AI was a valuable assistant, never a replacement, allowing me to explore an efficient collaboration between human expertise and artificial intelligence.

Modern and stylish office with a computer displaying an interior design project, illustrating the work of an architect or designer.

Always eager to expand my skill set and enhance my versatility, I chose to train in interior architecture, a discipline that naturally complements my project management expertise. This approach has allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of volumes, spaces, and their organization, concepts that extend far beyond interior design.

Through this training, I gained a new spatial and functional perspective on environments—an invaluable asset for structuring immersive experiences, whether in event planning or digital projects. Most importantly, I added two new tools to my arsenal: AutoCAD and SketchUp. It’s no secret—I love mastering new software! I particularly enjoyed working with SketchUp, which turned out to be a fantastic addition to my professional toolkit.

Today, this experience enables me to approach projects with a more holistic vision, blending management, design, and structure, further strengthening my ability to lead cross-functional and innovative projects.
